Hello fellow wind_talkers -
Just in case your local paper didn't cover it, Save the Bay recently
honored San Francisco Boardsailing Association president Peter Thorner with
their 2002 Protect The Bay Award. Peter has worked countless hours for SFBA
and against the SFO expansion plans and other access threats. Kudos to
Peter for a job well done---the windsurfing community is lucky to have him.
Cheers and happy sailing,
Suzanne
