Years and years ago, there was some discussion of a rec.windsurfing FAQ,
but it never got organized. There are a few FAQ pages here and there,
including my spinout FAQ at http://fortboise.org/windsurfing/spinout.faq.html
If you need a place to host the wave rules FAQ you're pulling together :-),
I'd be happy to do that.
