The question is, can a Great White abort a 30 m.p.h. attack run in the
instant after he encounters the electronic field at a range of 6 to 9 feet
from his desired lunch? This might work for sharks that come in to bump and
test the target, but I'll bet whitey ends taking a bite anyway. It might stop
him from coming back for a second bite, but usually the fact that you don't
taste like a blubbery seal takes care of that.
