Subject: SAN FRANCISCO BAY ACCESS

Have you heard about the new non-profit called Bay Access?
Dedicated to the creation of a San Francisco Bay Area Water Trail?
With the first San Francisco Bay Water Trail Festival this April
27th. The development of the water trail COULD be an effective
unifying tool for maintaining or increasing access to the SF Bay,
especially as various Army bases come up for re-development.
National Water Trail Association representatives will be at this
water festival. Please see our web site for more information and a
registration form. Limited to 100 movers and shakers, policy
implementers, people with vision and follow-through. Please urge
water recreation people whom you trust-admire-respect to be one of
these 100. Sorry - the room we have at the Bay Model just doesn't
hold any more.

I am not on your list, so if you need to make comments to me, please
email me directly. Thank you,
