I get foot pain when skiing if I tense up...usually when on the first run
of the season or when scared of a difficult run. If I relax in my boot,
then the pain vanishes.
Perhaps play around with the fit of your footstraps or make an effort to
not tense up your feet while sailing? Are you using too big a board and/or
fin for the conditions while sailing? Once you get past a certain level
then fin and board size matters due to the higher speed you go.
