Alan,

Protecting our children from this menace is like the DEA's war on drugs, or
the INS Border Patrol's effort to stop
illegal immigration. I just don't think there is much that we can do(!?)
except to send our kids to Texas and have them dummy up.

On the lighter side: I heard that G.W. Bush is getting into the SF Runway
Expansion debate and is proposing opening up Jenna
Bush's Federally Protected Wetlands to the public in exchange for more
runways!
