Our friends are taking us on their 40ft boat to Rio Vista this weekend for
my birthday. I will be windsurfing off his boat. I've never sailed Rio.

What are the sailing conditions like now?
Is there just one sailing site or are there more up/down river?
What board and sail size would you suggest for this weekend(I weigh 220lbs).
