is on OLN (Outdoor Life Network) tonight at 10:30 pm. It's entitled
"Frenzy" on DirecTV. Third Ave. regular Francisco is briefly interviewed
and it has some shots of him kiting. The next episode of Frenzy features
footage shot at Third Ave., but I don't know when that's airing.

Kirk Lindstrom sent me a copy of the email in which he recommended that you read my article "How not to get CTS."

I have been watching people with the problem for many years and in each case, I could tell exactly why they had a problem. They use their wrist when they should be using their whole arm for a motion, either moving from the elbow or from the shoulder. The wrist can't take the same kind of stress.

I take it that you sail. That for sure requires a lot of strength which should be generated by the whole arm.

I have also included a natural remedy on how to relieve inflammation. If you have a comfrey plant, in the summer, use the stems which is the part which has the most goo in it. I have great need of it right now because I bruised the bone on the top of my left arch. Fortunately, I have lots of comfrey and am sharing it with a fellow who got his leg crushed between his motorcycle and a truck.
