No it never blows at 3rd :)
Seriously,
That combination of readings (depending on direction) it is probably ripping
at 3rd. Often it is lighter inside and windy in the channel.
Chilly.

Regarding 3rd Ave. When the pager shows 13 (or worse) for 3rd, but Coyote
shows 20-23, is it sailable at 3rd avenue?
I have a 1998 Roberts 275 flapper race board that is in excellent
condition. I never use it. I would like to trade it for something like an
F2 Air or similar. I am looking for something fairly voluminous, for lite
air days and practising some freestyle moves. 110 L?
I'll sell the board if no trade offers. Contact me at:
jsrober@home.com-DeleteThis.com
or call 925-422-7108
Also have some sails for sale cheap:
5.5 Sheldon, 1997, cond. B $85
5.0 Sheldon, 1997, C, $60
4.5 Ezzy Transformer 199?, B, $75.
All are clear, no rips or tears. The 5.0 has been used a lot, hence the
lower grade.
Also Neil Pryde 6.6 VX3, 1998. Small tear in monofilm repaired. I used it
once. For sale $90 or trade for 6.5 camless (Retro or some such).
Also have 7.5 Sailworks Retro, 2000, used twice. If I get rid of the
Roberts, it goes too.
