You wouldn't want anything near 20 knots. There is so little resistance that
you can skate sail in very light winds. If you get a board with room to tack
around the front, then you can learn just about very trick in the book on
land. Just look out for those poles on the playground and consider some
protective gear so you don't end up with 0 days/week on the water due to a
spill.
