I'm hearing of a meeting about a new site on the beach in front of Golden
Gate Fields parking lot at the base of Buchanan Street in Albany. I am
wondering if anyone has ever launched from this site. (I am anticipating
that it will be hard to get off the beach and out to the circle unless the
wind is south-easterly, but I haven't tried it.)
