To our iWindsurf.com customers,

We have decided not to run pop-up ads on our website. Advertising revenue is
absolutely critical to keep our service affordable to customers, however
these pop-up ads are not the solution we were looking for.

Please note: the only pop-up ad that we agreed to run was an AT&T ad which
has not even been run yet. Since it was relevant to our WAP-enabled wireless
service that we plan to offer next year, that ad could have been of interest
to customers, however it will not be run. Also, please note that the pop-up
ads that have appeared over the last two days were actually served by
mistake. As a policy, we have been blocking pop-up ads along with other
particularly intrusive banner ads, but due to a very recent change in the
network which serves our ads, these pop-ups were able to slip through. They
did, however, give you guys a chance to give us valuable feedback on pop-up
ads in general.

Thank you to those of you who forwarded your thoughts to us,
George Haye
and the rest of the iWindsurf.com crew
