I regret to inform that we had a painful reminder of how short life is this
weekend with the passing of a fellow Third Ave Sailors life this weekend,
"Gay Dave". I'm ashamed to admit that I don't even know his last name. But
I'm sure he was know by most everyone at Third. He was often seen early at
Third (white Subaru Outback) catching a few rays, usually hanging out with
Robin, waiting for the wind to fill in. I don't know the specifics but it is
to my best knowledge that his life came to a tragic end after being struck
by a car while roller blading.

Dave's presence at third will truly be missed.

My condolences go out to all his friends and family....

                                         Sincerely,

                                         Dave Polzer ;(
