I heard a segment on NPR this morning (at about 8 AM) with Thorner's brief
comments. I didn't catch the very beginning of the [brief] segment, but I
*thought* I heard that the city council approved the buildings. Can anyone
prove me wrong on that?

Peter Thorner et al.-
Congratulations on getting the word out about the meeting tonight in
Burlingame. I heard a report on KQED and saw reports on both Chs. 2 and
4 tonight. Windsurfers were interviewed on all three reports, including
Mr. Thorner hisself. There was also some pathetic shots of sailing at
Coyote Point (this is what it *will* look like if the complex goes in).
Notwithstanding the outcome, I thought I give my kudos to all that helped
for the excellent public relations job. I know all those who weren't
able to make it join me in thanking you for the great job you're doing to
save sailing at Coyote.
