Well, so much for just "going there and sailing" ...

Just as I was heading to the water yesterday, a police car came by and
the policeman told me that the land there (the launch I guess) was still
under Military control, and the Military, just recently (like friday)
told the police that if they see windsurfers, to tell them that access
is not allowed.

So, all TI sailors be warned, you may actually get there and launch
without anyone stopping you, but if the MP's see you, they will ask the
police to "deal" with you (probably a ticket, but I don't know for
sure).
