Hi Dave:

You know me from downtown Oakland; i work in City Center. Haven't run into you
this year so I guess you work somewhere else now. So have you sailed there on
weekdays and has anyone said anything to you? As far as game wardens, they
wouldn't care. It's the SFPD that impounds my car that I worry about. I noted
a heavy police presence and not much else when I was out there on Sunday (no
sailing, just a drive). The launch looks ok. Thought I could over the riprap
on the way into the water and then skate around the breakwater and swim it in on
the way back.
