Subject: Bootie Bottom Coating?

Content-Type: text/plain; format=flowed

I want to make some real lightweight booties out of
neoprene socks. The socks would be fine by themselves
but are too slippery on my boards (which are plenty tacky).

What would be a nice rubber coating for the bootie bottoms that
would adhere and provide some non-skid?

Or I would be happy to buy off-the-shelf, but most production
booties have giant rubber ridges on the side that catch in
the straps when manoevering.

Thanks,
Bob Dow
