Class 6 Skunk - today (Tuesday) - Coyote - me:

Class 6: Load car, drive to site, rig up, go out, break mast below the boom,
wind dies very soon thereafter, have to swim/self-rescue to get back.

*Safety Packs*
I've seen a windsurfer with a kind of backpack-thing on. Does anyone use one
of these as a safety pack? Or maybe it was just a camelback with water
and/or vodka?

I blew out a safety pack today, too. Has anyone had any luck with a safety
pack lately? Where exactly did you buy it?

As far as fanny packs/safety packs, West Marine doesn't have sh!t, last time
I checked Windsurf Warehouse didn't have sh*t, and ASD didn't have sh`t.
These places all used to have that famous locally-made one a few years back,
but now they don't have sh)t. Except that the Warehouse has this ridiculous
Windsurfing Hawaii fanny pack that fills up with water and can't drain.
