Justin,
        About 1-2 years ago, Bob Perlman was selling his spread between
Kanaha and Sprecks. It had at least 3 rental units along with his main
owner space. He was asking about $895,000 or so. Several other Stable
Road properties were priced much higher. Would seem like a steal, given
income potential and excellent launch access (right behind Excursions
Extraordinaire place), except for the airport proximity and noise (however,
we always got used to that in few days) and fact it wasn't right on the
beach. We stayed at the Excurs. property in front several years running,
but got to know Bob as our grandson played with his boy.

        Not sure if he finally sold it or not. You could try his email at

which I just did and it appears he may not have sold after all. However,
I'm sure he would offer you excellent insight/advice.
