Add to your list, Proximity to San Jose, Silicon Valley, Stanford, etc.

With traffic, anything further North is a real mess getting to and then driving
home from on work days.

Also, I like the secure parking and Rangers at Coyote Pt. It is nice to know
they will call the Coasties if you don't make it back from the Channel.
