It turns out that Whitey was insdie the gate on 12/7 while a half dozen of us
were trying to squeeze out a session at Crissy. The Marin Independent Journal
reported the shark in yesterdays edition. It is the old bad news/good
news/bad news scenario.
Bad news: Great White Shark coming all the way in the Gate and even into the
harbor on the north side.
Good News: Whitey was a bit on the young side... 3 ft./40 pounds
Bad News: Poor little feller was injured and died
Good News: No sign of Mom
