Is anyone keeping an eye out for potential opportunities to get better
access at Tigers?

I ask, because I recently heard that the property just north of Tigers
was recently (last winter) quietly re-zoned from hotel to industrial
because the owner wants to lease to a recycling company or something.

If so, maybe we have missed an opportunity to ask SSF to leverage new
bay access. And, if there was access on the corner (or better yet, west
of the corner, for being able to get back to land safely), then low tide
would not be too bad.

Or, maybe they (SSF) do plan to put a new "Genentech" like access on the
corner there, and we have missed an opportunity let them know how
popular it will be (I remember 30 or so regulars at pre-gulf war
Tigers), or help design the access to our needs.

If anyone knows the facts, please share them.

Thank you
David Nelson
