you can include airport reports in your list. Voice recognition and
autodialing is no rocket science. I could also suggest making use of
a number of wind talkers belonging to para- and hang gliders. One of the
most useful sensors is Fort Funston:

On a typical day, if Fort Funston blows at 15+ there will be good
sailing at Coyote - Tigers - Stick. 20+ means 4.5 sailing session.
