All windsurfers are encouraged to attend a meeting
this Saturday at Noon (July 10th) at The Sign.

It seems that the Department of Boating and Waterways has
money in their budget to improve user access in The Delta.
Chuck has been hired to do a study of the best ways to spend

the Department's $$$.

Your input as to the needs of windsurfers in The Delta could

ensure that some of the Department's $$$ is spent on
Windsurfing Access in the Delta.

So join us in a discussion -
High Noon on Saturday July 10, 1999
At THE SIGN.

If you need directions, a map can be found at our site at
http://www.rvwa.com

C-ya there
Brian
