After posting my billing mishaps with Windsight (Microforecasts), I
contacted Larry Hambrick through the e-mail address someone posted. Larry
explained that about the time my credit card was sequentially billed a new
billing system was implemented. Apparently the new system couldn't
differentiate between "high volume" users who prefer a "large time balance"
and occasional users like myself who prefer to use up their time balance
before paying for more.

Anyway, my account had a large time balance (from the multiple credit card
billings). Larry offered a refund, which I accepted, and the check came in
about five days.

Larry assured me that Windsight's billing system has been fixed. If you
