One of the runway extensions proposed will have major impact on Coyote

It is not clear where Coyote point is but for North / South
sailing (with a West wind), you run into the runway
(about twice as far out as where you currently cross under the
landing path)

It would be very difficult and dangerous to go downwind to get around
the runway and in any case there would most likely be landing lights etc stuck
in the way

Any thoughts?
