It starts to flood at 3 pm at 3rd, but max flood will be at 5:30 with 1.0
knots, which is a relatively weak flood. If we get decent wind this
afternoon (which I think will happen on the Peninsula) I'd go to 3rd -
Tomales and Tuba aren't happening yet.
Tomorrow will be the big day - pig out for me because I can't go :(
