jrunge@netcom.com.-DeleteThis Jay has attended two recent meetings with city police and
parks officials, and expects to talk more specifically about parking problems
soon. There seems to be some difference of understanding between the police
higher up and the cops on the street. I'd encourage people who are ticketed
in unclear situations to write letters to the City Council and to fight the
tickets. I'll mention the issue and contacts in the next SFBA newsletter.
