I sailed Coyote on Monday. It was pretty strange reaching towards the
Airport. When I arraived COTW was reading around 15 SW if I remember
correctly, but this was just a momentary phenomena.

There were a few people on 6.0-6.5 meter sails, and they
were doing ok. I rigged my 6.0 and went out on my 95L board. I weigh
170 and I had no problem planing once I got past the wind shadow. The
wind was pretty consistent once you got out a few hundred yards. It
was completely dead on the inside. I sailed for about an hour untill,
I was the only one out. It was very overcast and a little spooky. I
came in, practiced tacks for a little while and went home.

It was not the best sailing, but it was better than not sailing
at all.
