Welcome aboard to one of the best sailing sites in the world, except during
ElNino
years.

The 6.0 Spectra is a great sail for the bay. The Zeta is also a great sail,
but very reactive. Its on or off and not great for heavier sailors in the
lulls. The rave would be a better call unless you rip on the waves and jsut
like that feel of on-off response when you need it.

I'm the same weight. My wave quiver used to consist of Zeta 4.2, 4.7; Vertigo
5.3, 5.7. I switched to Sailworks Revos and am pretty happy with the
increased power - range equation. I sail my Spectra 6.0 or Revo 5.3 at
Crissy 90% of the time.
Your board slection is good in size, but try the local boys ASD. You'll love
their boards and you can try them down at their shop next to Coyote.
