I stopped by 3rd Ave yesterday just to take a look and noticed that the ramp
has been cemented! When did that happen? It looks pretty good, but the bottom
looks like a big step. Any body used it lately? It's been about 3 weeks since
I've sailed 3rd. Definitely an improvement, but we'll have to keep on top of
the moss growth.
I also notice a family of cats living in the rip rap, where the rats used to
live. I'd say it's safe to say there are no more rats at 3rd.
