It seems like we've been "stuck" in a protracted period of southwest flow,
which produces generally poor conditions. This must have something
to do with El Nino. It is my gut feel that this season has produced
the lowest number of sailable (weekend) days in my memory as a windsurfer.
Can the net heads validate this?
