Greetings...

I will be heading down to SoCal [specifically the Lake Arrowhead area]
around the week of Labor Day; and, was curious to know if there are any
places in that mountain area, like Big Bear, where it blows enough to
windsurf. I know Lake Arrowhead rarely gets that kind of wind [e.g.,
20+], but they also don't allow it either.

Any suggestions are appreciated!
