I don't know about the other sites, but the Powerlines is pretty
miserable in a tent most nights since it can blow hard all night and
rattle the tent. Most have vans, SUVs or big campers there for
sleeping. On really windy nights, my van will rock from the wind. I
know a few that use their cars and have modified them so they can sleep
in the backseat/trunk with the back seats removed. I've even seen a few
brave souls sleeping on board bags using their cars as windbreaks.

Some do sleep in tents....
