I'd recommend your top priority would be a 4.7 or 4.8.
Next, a smaller board, about 265,
then a 4.2 sail
then another smaller board, 254 or so.
more smaller sails would then be "insurance"
I'm 140 lbs and if I sail 50 days a year, then I use the 4.7 for about 35
of those sessions. The Bay Area has a tremendous range of conditions.
The bigger your quiver, the more you can sail.
