who make the illegal u-turns on the street and are probably the same

don't respect the navigation rules on the water and are probably the

What about parking next to the closest "offical" parking spots at
3rd? I just about always see cars parked there, I assume not for
drop-offs since they'd be closer to the fence. Wednesday at 5PM
it was very crowded. I pulled up to the fence to drop off my stuff
and when I went to park, one of those spaces was available. I
thought it would be a wanker move to park there, but I think many
people do.
What should I have done? Should I have parked there? Jay was
nowhere in sight.
