1. Get a repair estimate (one *should* be enough).
2. Go talk to the good owner, Bill VerBrugge (sp?). He's pretty good about
    paying for these. There was a problem with the other guy recently.
3. Report it to the Foster City Police. They have said they want to hear.
4. Report it here in wind_talk.
