Are airport forecasters mad or am I missing something:

> 3:00pm PDT (2200Z): wind 270 degrees true at 22 knots gusting to
> 30 knots

With NE winds in the morning and such a high T, is it possible?

They predicted similar conditions for Friday, but it was only 15 - 17 :-(
