I ran into Cort Larned (sp?) once at Coyote and I asked him this exact
question. He told me that the first step to looping was to practice staying
on top of your board when you jump. In other words, don't hang from the
boom, keep the board level and stay on top of it. That way you are in a
position to start the loop. It made sense to me so I try to keep that in
mind when I jump. I still haven't got up the nerve to try the loop part.
