Folks,

If we start getting nasty (i.e. court injunction) we could easily
loose our privilege to launch at 3rd. If State/City officials
get wind of a public safety issue who do you think they will shut
down the golf course/driving range (which pays taxes) or our
windsurfing site?? You can bet they would shut down our site
and not even think twice about it. That's the way our govermnemnt
works --protect the public from themselves!.

Does anyone really know what's going on with the Golf Course?
My friend Bjorn (the one who got his booms dinged) has been talking
with management over at the Club House, and they claim they have
filed for a permit to put a fence up at the end of the fairway
1/2 as tall as the existing net. Has anyone else heard anything to
support that?

I've also heard that Randy Anderson has been in contact as well.

I think before we all get emotional about the issue we need to
find out what's really up.

Thanks,

Alan Segervall
