I have the same problem (5'11" , 145 lbs). Rip Curl suits (Australia) seem
to be among the few that offer a real good fit, but I do not know of any
shop that distributes them around here. Among locally available suits the
best fit I could find was with Body Glove.

As another posting stated, you should also consider a custom suit by
Heatwave in Santa Cruz - For 70 dollars more you get a suit that fits
perfectly.
