Dan,
I'd like to echo what Guyton said. About 24 months ago I seriously
injured my left arm in a head-on car accident. Completely dislocated my
elbow and broke the bone in 8 places. From the ER in San Jose, I called
Dr. Mike Dillingham, the co-founder of SOAR and 49er Team Physician. He
got me transferred to Stanford Hospital and had George Thabit put me
back together.
The only reason that I am back windsurfing today is because of the
state-of-art repair work by George Thabit and Terri Pavelko's absolutely
outstanding therapy. I'll forever be very grateful to the two of them.
They make an incredible team. You'll be very fortunate indeed if you
get their help with your problem.

    Best of luck,
Ron Kunzelman
