I just got off the phone with Mark at Airwave (415-346-3806). They
will make you a custom fanny pack for $25 plus shipping. If you pick
it up at Mark's office in SF, there's no shipping charge. Quick
disconnect buckle, mesh bottom for drainage, double zipper, your
choice of dimensions and color. Will take about two weeks to get.
If you have D-rings on your harness, he can also make a bag to clip
on.
