anyone interested in baja should check out the Amigos de Baja web site at
www.geocities.com/TheTropics/4888/index.html
and read the Fishing Report.
This report is updated weekly from all over baja, with reports from
travelers and resident fish fleet operators. There is also much info on
the political situation, roads, regulations, fuel, weather, etc. It has
been nice to read about "strong winds from the north all week" in the
East Cape area, but it seems the mordida situation is getting really bad
lately.
Hey I just got a great idea (maybe) how about paying the bozos off in
counterfeit US bills? Make 'em on a color copier... just a thought.
