I didn't hit the water until 6:40. On my way out, I slogged past
the people slogging back to shore. By the time I hit the wind
line, I was well-powered on my 5.5 and the wind shortly filled in
to the shore. I had an hour of great to slightly-overpowered
sailing. I think I beat the odds for once.
