so what's the most efficient car route from palo alto to waddell? (for future
reference -- doubt if I'll head out there today)

woodside road/west 84/hwy1 ?

old la honda/west 84/pescadero rd/cloverdale rd/gazos crk rd/hwy1 ?

280/foothill/stevens crk resevoir/redwood gulch/hwy 9/and then northernmost
road off of 9 that gets to the coast?

I've cycled most all of these roads and so know 'em, but not from a getting
from A-to-B with a car perspective.
