EASY TO WORK ON
BUT NOT FOREVER: THE TENDON ITSELF WILL DEVELOP HAIRLINE CRACKS AROUND THE
HOLES THAT THE PINS PASS THROUGH WHICH CONNECT IT TO THE UPPER AND LOWER
BASE. THEY ARE EASILY SEEN BUT REQUIRE YOU TO REMOVE THE TENDON TO CHECK
THEM OUT.
