The coast guard has web pages up. The Navigation page is especially
interesting...

Their overall homepage is at...

The have "local notices to mariners" (LNMs) available via the web but they
require Adobe Acrobat sfwr on the receiving end, and adobe's web-based sfwr
distribution is either down or way overloaded this morn so I haven't looked at
an LNM yet.
