I looked at it around 4:30 - 5:00. It looked a little better than
Wednesday, but it still looked pretty wholey and I heard reports of
gusty on the beach.

I did see three Windsurfers powered up between Alcatraz and Treasure
Island. Is it possible to launch from T Island?

I sailed there on Wed evening. It was very weak, which was
frustrating b/c there was much more wind off of Pier 39 than farther
west.

I am curious about yesterday. Jeff Bunch reported that biking and
jogging were much better options at 3:15 pm, but the wind talker was
reporting 20 at 5:00 pm.
