If I see 20 sailors waiting to get off the water at the same time, it
usually means that the wind is dying anyways. In that case I do not mind
waiting a few minutes in line

Right. I would like to add that 3rd Av is one of the most friendly
windsurfing spots I have sailed. My feeling is that such rudeness is quite
rare.
